Health Care Team Leader, Level 4

Full Time Salary from $84,604 to $108,399.20 plus superannuation

Full Time Position – will consider Part Time for the right candidate

Location: Port Macquarie Mid North Coast

This role will be fulfilled by an exceptional Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist. This transdisciplinary health care team leader will be responsible for hands on clinical work and health care leadership including:

  • NDIS Early Intervention
  • NDIS Improved Activities of Daily Living, Health and Wellbeing
  • Private Patients
  • Third Party payers WorkCover, DVA, Medicare
  • Pre employment screenings
