Individual Sessions:

This program offers an initial assessment process, with opportunity for 2 individual sessions prior to attendance at group education sessions, and a further session following these to review progress, setting of goals and directions for ongoing management. These 4 individual sessions allow for a thorough assessment and interview process, with follow up, to ensure a comprehensive approach to helping the patient adopt improved self-management strategies of their pain, physical limitations and psychological experiences.

For those who require ongoing individual consultations to address issues such as major depression, anxiety or other psychological conditions, may require further individual sessions prior to attending a group program.
