Enriched “Gap Free” Sports Injury Clinic provides: Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services. The sports clinic is available gap free for all Sponsored Club Members with eligible private health insurance, or at a small $20 fee for members without private health insurance.
As a Sponsored Club Members you need to do three easy steps:
- “Like” Enriched Health Care on Facebook www.facebook.com.au/enrichedhealth
- Complete Enriched Health Care online registration and online prescreening
- Make a booking by listing yourself as attending the Facebook Sports Injury Clinic Event and show up at allocated sports clinic times.

*All Sports Club Members must complete the three described steps to be eligible to access the Sports Clinic
*Sports Clinics are at established times. All appointments outside of Sports Injury Clinic times do require pre booking, and are charged at normal consultation rates.
*Equipment and stock are charged at normal rates.
